ABOUT US

PROJECT YOU -

Building a Brighter Future

At Project You, care is more than a service – it’s our guiding principle.
We believe that every act of care carries the power to uplift individuals, families, and entire communities. Through our home care agency, we connect compassion with professionalism, providing clients with skilled caregivers who approach every assignment with respect, empathy, and integrity.

Our caregivers are more than employees; they are trained professionals who bring comfort, dignity, and stability to the people they serve. Supported by our education and training programs, they deliver high-quality care that meets the highest standards of the New York State Department of Health.

From classroom to client care, we uphold one simple promise: to treat every person with the same dedication and kindness we would offer our own family.
That is the essence of care at Project You – where compassion meets purpose.

Economic Challenges for Single Mothers in NYC

Single mothers in New York City often face substantial economic challenges, with about 41% employed in low-wage jobs and many struggling with job instability. Additionally, approximately 20.8% of single mothers are unemployed for the entire year.

A Letter from the Founder and CEO

Dear Friends,

Thank you for visiting our site and for taking the time to learn about our mission at Project You. I’m delighted to welcome you to our community.

Living in the United States is a great privilege – one that carries the promise of opportunity and the freedom to build a better future. For me, America represents perseverance, equality, and the belief that through education and determination, every person can achieve meaningful success.

When I founded Project You, I wanted to create something lasting – an organization that connects people with knowledge, skills, and the confidence to stand on their own. Our mission is not only to provide professional training but also to open real pathways to employment and personal growth. Education, when combined with purpose, becomes a powerful tool for transformation.

Through our affiliated schools and home care agency, we turn that belief into action. Each graduate who enters the workforce represents strength, dignity, and a new beginning – a living example of what it means to pursue the American Dream with courage and hope.

Thank you for supporting Project You and for sharing in our commitment to education, opportunity, and progress. Together, we continue to build a community where success is earned, shared, and celebrated.

With gratitude,
Irina Belushin
